20MPH Speed Limit

“The Welsh Government has no power to set individual speed limits, other than on the strategic roads that they directly manage. It is your local council that has the power and responsibility to set a local limit that is different from the national 20mph default. 

“The Welsh Government has set up a website where changes [supporting/objecting to the current 20mph default limit] can be suggested [by Welsh residents]: traffic@powys.gov.uk.  All suggestions must include reasons for a change.”
